BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR FOR SALES IN RETAIL

Are you focussed, ambitious, and looking for a varied role? Do you want to assume management responsibility?

The dual training and further training at NEW YORKER is an ideal mix of practical training in Sales and the comprehensive teaching of theoretical content. After three years you will have at least two qualifications certified by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce: as a Retail Agent (m/f) and advanced training as a Business Administrator for Retail Sales (m/f). There is also the possibility of acquiring the trainer certificate (‘Ada-Schein’). During your training, you will be prepared for the eventual taking over of a sales management position. Depending on your personality, mobility and flexibility, you have the opportunity to become a store manager or sales manager in the relevant department at NEW YORKER.

 

REQUIREMENTS: Completed advanced technical college certificate or general qualification for university entrance

DURATION: 3 years

TRAINING COMMENCEMENT DATE: Annually on 1st August

PROCESS:

  • Practical training in our stores
  • Block lessons at the Berufsbildungszentrum des Einzelhandels (Vocational Training Centre for Retail) in Springe und Goslar
  • Where applicable, certificate of competence for training supervisors
