At NEW YORKER you have the chance to gain some initial practical experience and to build up soft skills such as organisational talent and teamwork.

 

INTERNSHIP

During your internship at NEW YORKER you will be supported by a personal mentor and can also take on projects independently right from the start. We are also happy to help you in writing your final thesis. We would like to offer motivated interns the chance to start a career with us – either as an apprentice/student, a trainee or a 'young professional'.

 

TRAINEE PROGRAMME

Within 18 months you will get to know all the essential interfaces between the different divisions of the headquarters. Rotation between different specialist divisions will be planned for every four to six months. You will play an active role in daily business and take on various projects as well as a multitude of other interesting tasks. In addition you will complete various qualification measures, get to know managers from different departments and therefore have the opportunity to build up a network across the company spanning different functions and divisions.

 

Your professional and personal skills will be trained and promoted through an individual development plan.
