PRODUCT OWNER* / TEAM LEAD FOR SALES MANAGEMENT (STORE BACK OFFICE)

THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
To further strengthen our BC Customer Management department, we're seeking candidates like you in Braunschweig for the position of Product Owner. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Taking charge of sales management product development and formulating product strategies.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the development team and stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable features.
- Comprehend and interpret store needs to establish actionable product requirements.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog based on input from stakeholders, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Business consultant, development, UX/UI, Architecture, QA) to ensure successful product delivery.
- Conduct regular sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and product demonstrations to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Product Owners of other areas and departments to ensure alignment of priorities and dependencies across the organization.
- Track product performance metrics and measure the success of implemented solutions and customer satisfaction.
THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a product owner role or similar customer-centric position.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, LeSS) and product development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience with software development tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Agile project management platforms.
- Knowledge of back-office operations in retail stores is a plus.
- Fluency in English and German is essential
