We are looking for Facility and maintenance employee BENELUX
THIS IS THE JOB
- You make regular visits to your stores and ensure the proper functioning, maintenance and solve any problems of the equipment of our stores (electricity, production equipment, air conditioning, heating) but you also do chores such as painting, measuring / repairing damage, monitoring work to keep the stores in good order;
- You carry out repairs and maintenance work on all technical equipment and you find preventive solutions;
- You do orders for equipment needed to repair a malfunction by internal forms;
- You identify and anticipate risks in the stores so that they do not occur again.
- You prevent as many problems as possible in our stores so that our stores always have the right New Yorker image.
- You work closely with external companies, head office and the departments from which you receive the assignments.
THIS IS WHAT WE NEED
- Preferably you live in the south of NL / North Brabant or Belgium, this makes traveling easier;
- You are fluent in Dutch/English and French is pre;
- Training in the technical, electrical or construction field;
- You have experience in maintenance preferably at multiple locations;
- You are a handyman by nature and are also very organized and rigorous;
- You have excellent social skills and a hands-on mentality;
- You are flexible and don't mind traveling a lot.
