We are looking for an Administrative employee for 25 hours for our store in Enschede.
Availability: 5 days a week, 5 hours a day, from 9:00 a.m.

THIS IS THE JOB

  • You review and edit the daily cash reports;
  • You process the daily delivery notes and do the stock control;
  • You make schedules for the team and make adjustments when necessary;
  • You process and keep track of hours worked by (temporary) staff. 

THIS IS WHAT WE NEED

  • A completed administrative or retail education is an advantage;
  • Experience in retail is a plus;
  • You have a good knowledge of MS office; 
  • You have knowledge of recruitment and selection;
  • You have commercial insight, work in an organized and structured way;
  • You work independently, carefully and handle important information accurately;
  • You work well in a team, have strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality.
