THIS IS THE JOB

  • Together with the store manager you are responsible for achieving the KPIs and monitoring the budgets;
  • You are responsible for sales, stock results, personnel planning and personnel policy, in which recruitment plays a major role;
  • You are an example for your team. You motivate, inspire and develop your team through training and coaching on 'the job';
  • You guard the New Yorker concept and because of your commercial insight, creativity and product knowledge, the store always looks representative.

THIS IS WHAT WE NEED

  • At least 2 years of experience as assistant manager with managing a team, preferably in (fashion) retail or hospitality;
  • A flexible attitude and loves a dynamic working environment;
  • A team player with empathy, a hands-on mentality, communicative and customer and service oriented;
  • A passion for fashion ,knows the trends and identifies with the New Yorker brand;
  • No difficulties to start a conversation in Dutch or English, but if you speak German then that is definitely a plus.
