At New Yorker, we work with the SEAK program. SEAK helps managers easily create schedules, plan holidays, keep track of plus and minus hours, turnover and much more. 
 
The program is not only used by the managers but also by the Area managers. 
 
To support the managers and Area managers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg in the use of SEAK, we are looking for a:

SALES-SUPPORT SPECIALST BENELUX 30 hours 

You are available from Monday to Friday.
Your workplace and working hours are negotiable. It does not have to be at our head office in Best, Eindhoven.
 

THIS IS THE JOB

  • You will support the managers with making the schedules with the help of our SEAK program;
  • You work closely with the personnel administration and payroll administration;
  • You support the stores in the use of SEAK and offer help/solutions in case of problems and errors; 
  • You ensure the quality of the SEAK submissions using the software;
  • You make analyses and provide figures to the Area Managers and Sales Managers.

THIS IS WHAT WE NEED

  • You have sufficient knowledge of Dutch, English and/or French, both verbally and in writing. 
  • You have experience with software solutions for staff scheduling and working time regulations, preferably with the program SEAK;
  • You like to work systematically and in concepts;
  • You like to advise and support your colleagues, work well independently and in a team;
  • You have a structured and careful way of working, combined with a distinct service orientation; 
  • You are flexible and have a hands-on mentality;
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office programs.
