Our sales staff in the stores are part of our operational business processes and are largely responsible for the success of the company!

THIS IS THE JOB

• Responsible for sales,stock results, achieving the KPIs and monitoring the budgets;
• Responsible for personnel planning and personnel policy in which recruitment, absenteeism, striving for optimal staffing and good productivity play a major role;
• An example for your managers and team. You motivate, inspire and develop your team through training and coaching on 'the job';
• Responsible for monitoring the New Yorker concept and because of your commercial insight, creativity and product knowledge, the store always looks representative.

THIS IS WHAT WE NEED

• At least 2 years of experience as store manager with managing a team, preferably in (fashion) retail or hospitality;
• An MBO / HBO work – and thinking level;
• A flexible attitude and loves a dynamic working environment;
• A team player with empathy, a hands-on mentality, communicative and customer and service oriented;
• A passion for fashion ,knows the trends and identifies with the New Yorker brand;
• No difficulties to start a conversation in Dutch or English, but if you speak German then that is definitely a plus.
