THIS IS THE JOB
- Together with the store manager you are responsible for achieving the KPIs and monitoring the budgets;
- You are responsible for sales, stock results, personnel planning and personnel policy, in which recruitment plays a major role;
- You are an example for your team. You motivate, inspire and develop your team through training and coaching on 'the job';
- You guard the New Yorker concept and because of your commercial insight, creativity and product knowledge, the store always looks representative.
THIS IS WHAT WE NEED
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch. English and German are a plus;
- At least 1 years of experience as assistant manager with managing a team, preferably in (fashion) retail or hospitality;
- A flexible attitude and loves a dynamic working environment;
- A team player with empathy, a hands-on mentality, communicative and customer and service oriented;
- A passion for fashion ,knows the trends and identifies with the New Yorker brand.
