NEW YORKER BENELUX has 45 stores and is already planning the next openings for the coming years. Due to our strong expansion, we are looking for new colleagues for our headquarters in Best.
We are looking for an HR TEAMLEAD.
As HR Teamlead, you and your colleagues are responsible for the countries Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. The HR department consists, with you included, of 5 enthusiastic colleagues.
THIS IS THE JOB
- You are responsible for developing and implementing the personnel policy;
- You are responsible for developing and optimizing the HR team and further developing employees based on individual wishes and needs;
- You monitor the HR procedures and act as a point of contact for regional and branch managers;
- You advise and support regional and branch managers, both requested and unsolicited, regarding procedures, conflicts, changes in employment contracts, disciplinary measures, etc.;
- You identify bottlenecks and suggest possible points of change;
- You assist the HR team with the correct execution of personnel administration;
- You provide the monthly reports and key figures for the head office in Germany;
- You are responsible for optimizing and managing HR processes within AFAS.
THIS IS WHAT WE NEED
- A completed HBO degree in HRM, business administration, or a similar field.
- Several years of proven work experience in an HR advisory role. Experience as a manager is a plus.
- Experience with the functional management of AFAS Profit and InSite.
- Good knowledge in the application of labor law.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to maintain an overview in a hectic work environment.
- A hands-on mentality.
- You like coaching and guiding a young HR team.
- Knowledge of Belgian and Luxembourgish labor law or you want to be trained in this area.
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English, both spoken and written. German is a plus.
- You live in the Eindhoven/Best area.
