THIS IS THE JOB

  • You are the first point of contact for the employees in the absence of the store manager and assistant store manager;
  • You are responsible for opening and closing the store and take care of the daily administration;
  • You ensure that the KPIs are achieved;
  • You keep an eye on the sales and stock results;
  • You are an example for your team. You motivate, inspire and develop your team through training and coaching on the job;
  • You guard the New Yorker concept and because of your commercial insight, creativity and product knowledge, the store always looks representative. 

THIS IS WHAT WE NEED

  • Experience in managing a team (supervisor/ keyholder), preferably in (fashion) retail or hospitality;
  • An MBO / HBO work – and thinking level;
  • A flexible attitude and loves a dynamic working environment;
  • A team player with empathy, a hands-on mentality, communicative and customer and service oriented;
  • Passion for fashion and identifies with the New Yorker brand;
  • You have no trouble entering into a conversation in Dutch or English, but if you speak German, that is certainly a plus.
