THIS IS THE JOB
- You are the first point of contact for the employees in the absence of the store manager and assistant store manager;
- You are responsible for opening and closing the store and take care of the daily administration;
- You ensure that the KPIs are achieved;
- You keep an eye on the sales and stock results;
- You are an example for your team. You motivate, inspire and develop your team through training and coaching on the job;
- You guard the New Yorker concept and because of your commercial insight, creativity and product knowledge, the store always looks representative.
THIS IS WHAT WE NEED
- Experience in managing a team (supervisor/ keyholder), preferably in (fashion) retail or hospitality;
- A flexible attitude and loves a dynamic working environment;
- A team player with empathy, a hands-on mentality, communicative and customer and service oriented;
- Passion for fashion and identifies with the New Yorker brand;
- You have no trouble entering into a conversation in Dutch or English, but if you speak German, that is certainly a plus.
