NEW YORKER BENELUX has 45 stores and is already planning the next openings for the coming years. Due to our strong expansion, we are looking for 

TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST BELGIUM AND LUXEMBURG

Location: under discussion-  Belgium ( preferably region Brussels) or the Netherlands        (preferably region Eindhoven/Best). 

Must:  Dutch and French speaker

 

THIS IS THE JOB

  • You are responsible for all recruitment-related subjects and the continuous professionalization of the recruitment for the stores;
  • You are responsible for drafting and posting job openings, pre-selecting candidates, and scheduling and conducting in-person, telephone, or video interviews;
  • You organize recruitment sessions and job dates for new openings;
  • You analyze various recruitment statistics monthly and use these to optimize the use of recruitment tools and you do competitive research;
  • You actively approach potential candidates through social and career networks focused on the target group and ensure the expansion of the talent pool;
  • You independently develop suitable search strategies and continuously research suitable recruitment channels and job websites for recruiting candidates;
  • You analyze existing recruitment channels and take action where/when necessary;
  • You work closely with the area managers and the Recruitment team lead;
  • You support the onboarding process.

 

THIS IS WHAT WE NEED

  • You have several years of experience in recruitment and any relevant diplomas or certificates;
  • You have a good knowledge of Dutch and French, both spoken and written. German is a plus;
  • You are creative and always find new ways to elevate the recruitment process;
  • You conduct structured interviews and use your strong communication and listening skills to achieve the best results;
  • You are independent, accurate, and analytical;
  • You have a hands-on mentality, are proactive, and always strive for success;
  • You have a dedicated, professional demeanor and presentable appearance;
  • You are clearly empathetic and enjoy working in a team;
  • You are willing to travel;
  • You preferably live in the area Brussels or  area Eindhoven/Best.
